Job Description

Behavior Analyst Leave replacement position (available July 1st) Academy360 Upper School, a program of Spectrum360, formerly known as The Children s Institute, is actively seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our program in a leave replacement position starting in July 2026 to continue into the 2026-2027 school year.. For more than 50 years, Spectrum360 has been developing the academic, social, behavioral, communication, life and career skills of children, adolescents and young adults with autism and related disabilities. Specific responsibilities will include developing treatment positive behavior supports for assigned caseload, conducting assessments, training staff on implementing behavioral strategies, consultation with families and caregivers and working collaboratively with professional staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
: Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field plus completion of BACB practicum. Current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA is preferred but not required. OR Bachelor s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCaBA Knowledge of behavioral interventions developed through functional assessment Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated knowledge of data collection procedures and written behavior support plans for students Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status Our school offers Competitive Salary Quality health benefits package Positive Working Environment Continuous opportunities for professional development
