Job Description
Start a rewarding career where every day makes a difference! Join our team and work with children with autism in our Center, School Districts, or Preschool/Daycare settings. The Uncommon Thread is looking for compassionate, energetic individuals to join our team as Full-Time ABA Therapists working with children ages 2-6. If you enjoy working with children and want a career where you truly make a difference every day, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Must currently live in New Jersey or be relocating to New Jersey before your start date. All services are provided in person. Why You'll Love Working at The Uncommon Thread
- 40-hour work week (typically 8:00 AM-4:00 PM)

- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect data and monitor client progress
- Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with BCBAs and families to help children reach meaningful goals What We're Looking For
- Registered Behavior Technician Preferred.
- Experience working with children.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping children learn and grow.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday.
