Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Manville, NJ Job Overview Liftoff ABA is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy services to children in the Manville, NJ area. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in ABA, education, special education, childcare, tutoring, classroom support, psychology, child development, or direct support who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as directed by the BCBA. Support clients with communication, social, daily living, adaptive, and academic readiness skills. Collect accurate session data and document client progress. Use positive behavior support strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Collaborate professionally with families, supervisors, and clinical team members. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Background in ABA, education, special education, childcare, tutoring, psychology, child development, or related fields is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, patience, and reliability skills. Ability to follow clinical direction and accept feedback. Comfortable providing in-person services in or near Manville, NJ. Schedule and Pay Full-time and part-time opportunities available. $26.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
