A Branch Above at The Speech Tree is seeking experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team at our brand-new Morganville ABA Center (25 Kilmer Drive). We are a professional, multi-therapeutic agency dedicated to providing evidence-based behavior analytic services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. We provide services in-home and center-based throughout Middlesex and Monmouth counties. As a BCBA, you will play a key leadership role in clinical care and team development.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using tools such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST, and other FBA procedures Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (PBSP/BIP) Design skill acquisition and social skills programming Create and maintain data collection systems and analyze treatment effectiveness Provide direct and supervisory ABA services Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians/RBTs Provide parent, caregiver, and school consultation and training Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of Speech, OT, and PT providers

Required:

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or related field Active BCBA certification Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection Leadership and supervision skills Valid driver's license

Preferred:
