We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our center team in Matawan, NJ!

  • $1000 Competitive annual salary $85,000-95,000 ; senior level experience $96,000 and up Full Time

Requirements:
Current BCBA certification and NJ license Outstanding clinical competence and judgement
Responsibilities:
Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism. Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations. Customize behavior intervention plans for your clients Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians Analyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changes Ensure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data. Share in joy of your client's family as they watch their child reach his/her potential!
