Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

A&J Behavioral Health is looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a Behavior Technician, you will provide behavior therapy to support and encourage healthy child development. You will work closely with the BCBA and lead the child to increased independence and develop new skills. RBT Certification Responsibilities:

Provide therapy to children using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methods. Create daily programming to implement behavior intervention techniques. Collect data on child growth and development, as well as implement behavioral intervention techniques.
