Behavior Technician

Top Care Support is looking for a Direct Support Professional who is Caring, Compassionate, Open Minded and Reliable, to assist a young man with Developmental Disabilities living in Middletown, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concerns. Provide meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional support Assist with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and toileting. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all patient information compliant to HIPAA law and regulations Complete daily logs and written reports.

Requirements:

Is at least 18 years of age Has a passion for helping those in need Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent Must be willing to have a background check Must be willing to take a drug screening Must be authorized to legally work in the United States Must have a car Must have valid driver's license and good driving record Current CPR/First Aid certification Pay rate: $26/hr.
