In this vital role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, to implement personalized behavior intervention plans. Your energetic approach will help foster meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, and daily living activities. You'll be part of a compassionate team dedicated to supporting clients' growth through evidence-based practices and ethical care. Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients with neurodevelopmental disorders Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and meal routines, promoting independence and self-care skills Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Use behavior management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors in various settings, including home-based environments and schools Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency and clarity in treatment plans Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling medical records and client information Support the development of individualized care plans aligned with client goals and professional standards such as the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Qualifications Valid RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification through the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical documentation, and HIPAA compliance requirements Prior experience in home-based behavioral therapy or school settings is highly desirable Ability to implement structured therapy protocols with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams Join us to help transform lives through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral therapy!
