In this role, you will lead behavioral interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties Conduct detailed behavioral psychological assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client needs Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies and measure progress over time Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track behavioral progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments Facilitate intake processes by gathering comprehensive client histories, conducting initial evaluations, and establishing treatment goals in collaboration with families and caregivers Support clients across various settings including home-based programs, schools, and community environments to promote generalization of skills Experience Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methods Experience conducting behavioral health assessments such as FBA and diagnostic evaluations Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance Prior work in special education settings or school environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, educators, and healthcare professionals Clinical supervision experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership development within behavior analysis Join us to empower individuals through evidence-based practices while advancing your career in a supportive environment dedicated to excellence in behavioral health.
