Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, oversee, and modify behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing client progress. Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and compliance with ethical standards. Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure consistency across settings. Collect, analyze, and document data related to behavior change goals while maintaining accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Lead intake assessments for new clients, conducting patient evaluations to establish baseline functioning and treatment objectives. Support clients during therapy sessions in various environments such as homes or schools, applying behavioral health principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant experience. Experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessments, and behavior intervention techniques. Proven ability to perform data collection accurately during therapy sessions and interpret results to guide treatment planning. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management. Prior experience working in home-based behavioral therapy or school settings is highly desirable. Excellent client communication skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals.
