Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a full-time, school-based position in Mount Holly, New Jersey . Pay Rate:

$25-$27 per hour

Hours:

Differs by school site (Full-Time)

Compensation:

Paid for the full school day, including lunch

Requirements:

Active RBT certification Previous experience working in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on student behavior and progress Provide one-on-one support in the classroom and during school activities Assist students with academic tasks and the development of social skills
