Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay :
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC , we're building a team of passionate, reliable, and growth-driven professionals who are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities. If you're an RBT who values strong clinical support, clear expectations, and a team that truly cares—you'll feel right at home here.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and/or center-based settings Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate session data and complete documentation using Rethink within 24 hours Maintain strong fidelity to behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Communicate regularly with families and your supervising BCBA Participate in structured 7-day and 30-day onboarding check-ins to support your success
What We're Looking For:
Active RBT certification (required) Minimum 6 months of hands-on ABA experience with children Strong understanding of data collection and ABA principles (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting, etc.) Reliable, professional, and able to work independently during sessions Strong communication skills with both families and clinical supervisors A genuine passion for supporting children and making progress that matters Experience working in school-based settings
