Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Spanish bilingual RBT/ABA therapist in New Brunswick, NJ to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disorders. In this child-centered, collaborative environment, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect accurate behavior data, and support families through clear, bilingual communication. You'll promote daily living, communication, and social skills in home and community settings, receive ongoing training and supervision, and grow professionally in a mission-driven clinical team focused on quality care and family support. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism following individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and skill progress Support Spanish-speaking families through clear communication and session updates Promote daily living, communication, and social skills in home and community settings Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team collaboration Maintain client confidentiality and comply with ethical and clinical standards Assist with session preparation, materials, and documentation Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and charting RBT task list competencies Spanish-English bilingual communication Behavior intervention techniques Clinical documentation and note writing Use of ABA data software or apps De-escalation and safety strategies Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical teams Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder
