  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavioral therapy strategies that promote positive growth and development. Your passion for helping others and your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) will be instrumental in creating meaningful progress for our clients. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed clinician Must be bilingual (Spanish / English) Conduct data collection during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and hygiene routines Use behavioral therapy techniques to manage behaviors and promote positive social skills Support clients during teaching sessions focused on communication, social interaction, and functional skills development Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members to develop and update care plans tailored to each client's needs Skills Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral management strategies Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Excellent data collection skills to track client progress effectively Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention plans consistently Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating patience and understanding in challenging situations Effective teaching skills combined with a proactive attitude toward supporting behavioral health goals Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual can thrive!
