$20-30/hr (based on experience)

Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week)

Afternoon/ Evening (3-4 hrs/day, vary by client)

PM About Compass ABA:
As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you'll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Work in homes or community settings. Responsibilities as an
ABA Behavior Technician/RBT:
Adventure Guide:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout:
Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
Team Explorer:
Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
Compass of Compassion:
Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
Calm Captain:
Create a safe, structured learning environment.
Progress Compass:
Collect and record data to guide treatment.
Learning Navigator:
Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements:
High School Diploma (college preferred). Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
Meet physical requirements:
active movement, standing, and play-based activities. Experience with children/autism preferred. Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
