We're looking for a BCBA who wants a manageable caseload, a supportive team, and a setting where you can focus on clinical work. What this role looks like Center-based only (no driving between clients) Small, consistent caseload (typically 6-7 clients) Predictable daytime schedule Collaboration with on-site speech and OT providers Direct support from clinical leadership We keep admin work light — scheduling, billing, and insurance authorizations are handled by our dedicated admin team What makes us different We intentionally keep our program small so things don't feel chaotic You'll have time to think clinically—not just manage crises No travel, no driving, and a consistent daily structure We prioritize consistency for both staff and clients Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus Sign-on bonus available Health insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO + paid holidays CEU reimbursement / paid continuing education Annual conference stipend (e.g., NJABA or NJ Autism Conference) Growth Opportunities Opportunities to grow into senior or lead clinical roles as we expand As a newer center, you'll have a meaningful role in shaping programming and clinical standards Strong input into how the center develops over time What we're looking for BCBA certification (required) NJ LBA License (required) Experience working with young children with autism Strong clinical judgment and ability to run cases independently Someone who values a structured, team-based environment About Us Capable Cubs Therapy is a center-based ABA program serving young children with autism.
