Job Description

Behavior Technician (RBT) At Advanced Behavioral Therapy , we are dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a team of compassionate and experienced professionals, we are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in Butler, NJ.
Job Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD in home and school settings. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians, collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions, and communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation up to $30/hour! Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required At least 18 years old Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Experience working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 1:30PM-4:30
