Key Responsibilities:
Manage a child caseload (determined by therapy hours, not arbitrary caps) Maintain billable hours/week with strong administrative support Conduct assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and update programming Supervise RBTs per BACB standards Deliver consistent parent training and maintain collaborative caregiver relationships Ensure continuity of care Partner daily with RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and leadership to maintain clinical excellence What You Bring to the
Role:
