Princeton, NJ Schedule:
Full-Time, Live-In Salary for Individual 55,000-60,000 Salary for couples: 110,000-120,000 Princeton Child Development Institute (PCDI), a nationally recognized leader in applied behavior analysis (ABA) for individuals with autism, is seeking a dedicated Family Teacher (Live‑In ABA Coordinator) to support adults with autism in our residential program. Position Summary The Family Teacher is responsible for providing immersive support to adults with autism while maintaining appropriate personal space and work‑life balance. You will support daily living skills, community participation, communication goals, and individualized ABA programming based on PCDI's research‑driven methods.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement individualized treatment and daily living programs
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor individual progress
  • Train and supervise direct support staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid billing and compliance
  • Oversee medication, medical appointments, and safety protocols
  • Foster strong relationships with families, team members, and external partners
  • Support vocational, communication, and independent living skills
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold ethical standards
  • Participate in on-call and flexible scheduling to meet 24/7 program needs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or BCBA certification preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in behavior analysis or residential support
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven instruction
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
  • Successful background checks and drug testing required

  • Strong data analysis and documentation ability
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Comfortable in a dynamic residential environment
Work Environment:
Live-in position within a residential home setting. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and transporting individuals. Must be flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing needs and schedules.
