In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by implementing evidence-based practices, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral psychological assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure effective outcomes Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to maintain fidelity of interventions Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation across settings such as home and school Perform client intake assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and prepare detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support clients through ongoing communication about progress, challenges, and treatment adjustments while maintaining accurate medical records Requirements Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant experience in applied behavior analysis Experience working with children with disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and behavior intervention strategies Proven ability to perform behavioral health assessments and conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) effectively Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Prior experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills to engage effectively with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and documentation Join us as we empower children through innovative behavioral health services!
