Job Description We are seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support clients across home and school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior-analytic programs and individualized treatment plans Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data Monitor client progress and communicate observations to supervising BCBA Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and team members Follow all HIPAA and agency policies Requirements Current RBT credential (must be active in the BACB registry) Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes/schools Strong communication and documentation skills Availability for afternoon/evening sessions (2 PM - 7 PM weekdays) Commitment to professional growth and ongoing supervision

Preferred:
