True Progress Therapy Job Summary:
True Progress Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Salem, New Jersey . As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and related disorders. Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients Provide direct therapy services to clients, including one-on-one and group sessions Supervise and mentor BCaBAs and RBTs to ensure quality of care Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices inABA Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy Strong understanding of ABA principles, including assessment, treatment planning, and data collection Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksCompensation:
