As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that foster meaningful progress. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact through evidence-based practices, working closely with children and their families in diverse settings such as homes, schools, and clinics. Your expertise will help empower clients to reach their full potential while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards. Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and adjust interventions as needed Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent support across environments Perform client assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorders Maintain detailed medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality Qualifications Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant experience in behavior analysis Proven experience working with children, especially those with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder Strong background in data collection, behavioral therapy, functional assessment, and behavior intervention strategies Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and experience working within medical or clinical settings preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities in home-based or school environments is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills to effectively engage clients' families and multidisciplinary teams Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and provide clinical supervision Join us in creating meaningful change through innovative behavioral health solutions!
