Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and support clients in developing essential skills. Duties Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients' growth and development Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, feeding, and toileting to promote independence Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to develop and update personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching social skills, communication, and behavior management strategies Maintain confidentiality of medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times Document all session activities thoroughly using medical documentation standards and proper terminology Skills Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Ability to assist with ADLs while promoting client independence and dignity Excellent data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress accurately Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare documentation, and care plan development Compassionate approach to patient care with patience and effective communication skills Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and security of medical records and sensitive information Embark on a fulfilling career that makes a real difference! $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
