Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment plans Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care skills Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote desired behaviors and manage challenging behaviors effectively Collaborate with team members to develop, review, and update care plans that align with each client's goals Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring all medical documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date Support clients during teaching sessions, therapy activities, and community outings in a safe, patient-centered manner Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies is highly desirable Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance is a plus Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to follow detailed instructions while demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions Join us in creating a positive impact through compassionate care and innovative behavioral strategies.
