Full Job Description Description:

Positional Responsibilities:

An employee in this or any position is expected to support the employment environment, including displaying Pathways' values. Implement treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to individuals on the Autism Spectrum on a one-on-one basis. Use positive reinforcement to change socially important behavior in meaningful ways. Diligently and consistently collect specific and appropriate patient progress behavior data. Foster and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, parents/guardians, patients, and community stakeholders. Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times. Work independently and with your supervisor to implement treatment plans. Complete all required training, projects, session notes, and any other assigned task by the established deadline. Meet all clinical and administrative deadlines including data submission, payroll, and other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma Flexible availability between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday Willing to work in-home sessions Ability to pass background checks Pass a TB test Maintain and show proof of state driver's license or identification Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs Ability to interact with clients, including but not limited to; bending, twisting, and moving quickly

Preferred Requirements:

Adult, child, and infant First Aid/CPR certified (pre-employment) BA/BS in psychology or related field Experience in ABA Relevant professional experience with behavioral health issues Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
