Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development, implementation, and supervision of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop targeted intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring they are tailored to each client's unique profile. Lead clinical supervision sessions with behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to treatment protocols. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality. Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to promote consistency across environments and support overall client well-being. Provide training and support for staff on behavioral psychological assessments, medical terminology related to behavioral health, and documentation standards for medical records. Participate in intake assessments and coordinate services within school settings or home-based environments to support children with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Qualifications Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and behavior intervention strategies. Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations. Familiarity with medical documentation practices, medical terminology related to behavioral health, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Prior experience working in school settings or providing home-based behavioral services is highly desirable. Excellent client communication skills coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and documentation.
