We are looking for an experienced pediatric Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to help oversee our collaborative ABA center. At Essential Speech and ABA Therapy, our team of BCBAs, RBTs, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists collaborate to provide holistic and individualized services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) aged 18 months to 7 years old - all under one roof. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, healthcare providers, and family members, to ensure cohesive care Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain consistent therapeutic approaches Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient evaluations to refine treatment goals Qualifications Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Demonstrate experience in behavioral therapy, working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Proficient in data collection methods, medical terminology, and medical records management Knowledgeable about HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards related to patient information Skilled in conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and behavioral health interventions Strong understanding of special education principles and behavioral health practices Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Why Essential Speech and ABA Therapy Team?
