This contract opportunity offers the chance to work 37.5 hours per week from now through May 28th, providing vital support to students and collaborating with dedicated school staff.

Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Experience in educational settings preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Adaptable and patient approach with adolescents and young adults

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and create intervention strategies for students Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support positive student outcomes Lead the implementation of behavior intervention plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed Provide ongoing guidance and training to paraprofessionals and staff Maintain detailed reports and documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
