Our team includes Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech-Language Pathologists, Speech-Language Pathology Apprentices, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Family Therapists, and more. We currently have opportunities for Registered Behavior Technicians to join our Mariposa Autism Service Center, serving Dona Ana County and the surrounding metro areas of New Mexico. Registered Behavior Technician Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician who embodies the mission of

helping children achieve their fullest potential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, pride, and enthusiasm in contributing to this mission. This position starts as a part-time role (10-15 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time position. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred. Valid and current driver's license. Reliable, detail-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively convey information to various audiences. Responsibilities & Duties Provide direct behavior intervention services for children in their natural settings. Complete required documentation promptly and accurately. Collect and record data on child behavior and progress. Adapt and modify individualized treatment plans based on observations and gathered information. Utilize decision-making skills to assess and respond to situations objectively and fairly.
