This position starts as a part-time role (10-15 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time position. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred. Valid and current driver's license. Reliable, detail-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively convey information to various audiences. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Must be able to work Monday- Friday 12 pm to 8 pm or 3 pm to 8 pm Responsibilities & Duties Provide direct behavior intervention services for children in their natural settings. Complete required documentation promptly and accurately. Collect and record data on child behavior and progress. Adapt and modify individualized treatment plans based on observations and gathered information. Utilize decision-making skills to assess and respond to situations objectively and fairly.
