Job Description

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are hiring multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, school-based opportunities in Gallup, NM for the 2026-2027 school year. Openings are available across all grade levels, supporting students with behavioral and social-emotional needs in educational settings. RBTs will play an important role in supporting students with challenging behaviors by providing behavioral interventions, consultation, and implementation support throughout the school day.
Position Details:
Multiple full-time openings available Opportunities across all grade levels K-12 Responsibilities include supporting students with challenging behaviors by providing behavioral intervention support, consultation, and training assistance Travelers are welcome to apply - relocation packages available for individuals maintaining a permanent home address
Requirements:
