Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for caring and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and community settings. Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Collect data and track client progress. Work closely with families and your BCBA. Maintain accurate and confidential records.

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Experience working with children preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
