$90,000-$110,000 annually | Full-Time Position Overview A new multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Roswell, New Mexico is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help establish and develop its behavioral health program. This is an exciting startup opportunity for a BCBA who wants to play a key role in building clinical programming, developing treatment protocols, establishing workflows, and helping shape a high-quality behavioral health service from the ground up. The BCBA will work collaboratively with healthcare providers and other clinical professionals to provide evidence-based behavioral services to children, adolescents, and families. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the behavioral health/ABA program from startup through implementation. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based behavioral interventions based on each patient's needs. Establish clinical protocols, documentation standards, and quality-assurance processes. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral health staff. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Provide parent and caregiver education and training. Collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner, physicians, therapists, case managers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Coordinate care with schools, community providers, and other appropriate resources. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and payer requirements. Assist with developing policies, procedures, staffing models, and workflows for the new behavioral health program. Participate in program development, community outreach, and relationship-building with local organizations and referral sources. Help establish a culture focused on quality, accessibility, patient-centered care, and measurable outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Eligible for or currently holding appropriate New Mexico licensure as required. Experience providing behavioral assessment and treatment services. Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions. Experience supervising RBTs or other behavioral health professionals preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a developing clinical environment. Startup/program-development experience is highly desirable. Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$110,000 annual salary , based on experience and qualifications.
