Overview Join our dedicated team as a Homeschool Therapeutic Aide, where your compassionate support and specialized skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Behavioral Therapist (Part-Time, In-Home Homeschool Support) North Star Behavioral Consulting, LLC North Star Behavioral Consulting is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and engaging Behavioral Therapist to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for a homeschooled child in Santa Fe, New Mexico . This position offers the opportunity to work closely with one child in a supportive home environment while collaborating with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to promote meaningful behavioral, social, communication, adaptive, and academic skill development.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-12:00
PM Hours:
Approximately 15 hours per week

Employment Type:
Part-Time Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Provide one-on-one support during the client's homeschool routine. Teach communication, social, adaptive living, and academic readiness skills through naturalistic and structured teaching. Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during each session. Implement behavior intervention strategies with consistency and professionalism. Foster a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment. Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress and treatment recommendations. Qualifications Experience working with children is preferred. Experience in ABA, education, special education, psychology, child development, or related fields is preferred but not required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred. Training may be available for qualified candidates. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the client's home in Santa Fe. Ability to pass a background check. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
