What You Will Do As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed. Deliver individualized ABA therapy services Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and document client data accurately Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collaborate with families and clinical team members Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress Accurately keep record of client's progress Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services Services provided in person throughout New Mexico Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement What we expect from you: High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and open to feedback Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Experience working with children preferred Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
