• 100,000 Full-Time | In-Clinic | High-Impact Clinical Role Lacuna Autism Services is growing—and we're looking for three highly driven, mission-aligned Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Henderson, NV team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of RBTs Conduct FBAs and design individualized treatment plans Collaborate with caregivers through training and regular support Lead clinical programming with autonomy and backing from strong ops support Ensure ethical, high-quality care and data-driven outcomes

Qualifications:

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification (required) Nevada state BCBA licensure (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Deep commitment to clinical quality and compassionate care
