Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Spectrum Nevada Healthcare Services LLC Henderson, NV Job Details Part-time From $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications RBT Certification Working with individuals with developmental disabilities Spanish Working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders CPR Working with children Data collection Fading in ABA therapy Full Job Description We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to join our team. We provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral disorders. As an RBT therapist, you will be responsible for implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help our clients achieve their goals. You will work directly with clients and their families, providing individual therapy sessions.
Requirements:
  • Registered Behavioral Technician Certification.
  • Experience working with children with developmental and behavioral disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • CPR approved.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior plans developed by BCBA
  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in their homes
  • Collect data on customer progress and behavior.
  • Communicate with families and team members about client progress.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of therapy sessions and client progress.
