Henderson Office:
Bright, play-based therapy rooms Dedicated recess and sensory room Toy and materials room for NET sessions Kitchen and lunchroom for life skills Group areas for circle time and social play Private staff collaboration spacesLas Vegas Office:

Position Overview We're looking for energetic, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team at both locations.This clinic-based position involves:
Delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured yet flexible environment Supporting social and group sessions Helping clients build meaningful connections and confidence Schedule Part-Time Full-Time What We Offer Collaborative & supportive team culture Full-time, on-site BCBAs who provide direct support and feedback Career growth and fieldwork supervision for BCaBA/BCBA candidates Ongoing mentorship and training Digital data collection via company-issued iPads Exposure to both early intervention and transition-age programs Benefits (for eligible employees): Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Full Time) PTO & Paid Holidays Paid Winter Break Qualifications Active RBT certification (BACB & NV) Experience working with children, teens, or young adults Strong communication and teamwork skills Understanding of ABA principles and data collection Positive, flexible, and compassionate approach to teaching and learningPay:
