What You'll Do As a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of the children and families we serve.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Supervising and supporting behavior technicians to ensure high-quality therapy delivery. Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans. Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for each child. Upholding ethical standards and maintaining compliance with Medicaid and ABA guidelines. What We're Looking For We're seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA who brings:

Certification :

Active BCBA certification.

Experience :

At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy.

Skills :

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
