Job Description

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst 6800 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89108 Hybrid work $125,000 a year - Full-time $125,000 a year - Full-time Journey Forward Autism is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team as our full-time BCBA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client treatment programs, from assessment through discharge, while providing mentorship to our dedicated therapy staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments (e.g., FBA, VBMAPP, ABLLS-R) and interpret results. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or BCaBAs, ensuring treatment fidelity. Provide parent/caregiver training and consultation to promote generalization of skills across environments. Collect, analyze, and graph data to make timely, data-based decisions regarding treatment efficacy. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress reports, session notes, and treatment plan updates, in compliance with ethical and funding requirements. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., teachers, OTs, SLPs) and external professionals.
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB. Current state licensure Experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
