IMMEDIATE HIRING!
Medicaid Credentialed Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) Part time / Full Time Approved Nevada Medicaid Provider with an Active NPI Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, analyzing data, creating treatment plans, supervising direct care staff like Applied Behavior Analysis Technicians (ABATs), and ensuring ethical integrity within behavior analytic programs, primarily focusing on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities; essentially acting as a mastery-level practitioner in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Key responsibilities:
Assessment and Evaluation:
Performing comprehensive behavioral assessments like functional assessments and preference assessments to identify target behaviors and develop individualized treatment plans.
Treatment Plan Development:
Creating detailed behavior intervention plans based on assessment data, including specific goals, strategies, and data collection methods.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Regularly collecting and analyzing data on client progress to monitor effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments. Summary In the role of Medicaid Credentialed QBA, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care within the behavioral health sector. Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, you will utilize core skills such as applied behavior analysis and medical documentation to support individuals, particularly children and those with developmental disabilities. Your premium expertise in crisis intervention and special education will enhance your ability to address diverse patient needs. Additionally, your relevant skills in research data collection will contribute to the continuous improvement of care strategies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and fostering a supportive environment for all clients.
