In-Home ABA Therapy Location:
Las Vegas, NV Company:
Applied Behavior and Communication Services We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing in-home ABA team. This position involves working directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs Collect and record data accurately during sessions Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to support client progress Maintain professionalism and follow all ethical guidelines
Requirements:
Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children with autism preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback
