Registered Behavior Technician

Therapy Management Group is currently searching for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the Las Vegas area for our clinic based ABA program. Part Time RBT with availability Monday- Thursday until 7:00 PM. This position has the possibility of being full time with benefits in the near future. Full Time RBT (30-40 hours a week) between Monday-Friday. This position offers a salaried position with medical, dental and vision benefits after 90 days of employment. 401K after the first year.

Job Duties:

Provide 1:1 ABA Therapy in our center Implement programs, behavior intervention plans, etc. as designed and supervised by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Collect and input data Provide for the direct implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention Address problematic behaviors in accordance with Positive Behavior Support technique Track data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis

Requirements:

Active and current Registered Behavior Technician license Professional liability insurance Pass state and federal background check CPR certification

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
