At Spectrum Squad ABA, located in vibrant Las Vegas, NV, we specialize in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to help children thrive. We're looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating meaningful change. What You'll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children, working closely with families and a team of professionals to implement individualized treatment plans.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing direct ABA therapy to children in various settings (home, school, or community). Following individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collecting and recording data on client progress. Actively engaging with children through play and structured activities. Collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistency and success. Maintaining professional and timely communication with supervisors and families. What We're Looking For To excel in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB OR enrollment in the Spectrum Squad RBT Field Training Program. Active State of Nevada RBT License OR the ability to obtain one. CPR Certification . A high school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between sessions. Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs, bend, kneel, sit on the floor, and actively engage with children. Ability to pass a background check.
