Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with school-aged children who are receiving special education services. Your primary focus will be to support the development of essential skills through applied behavior analysis techniques while ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment. You may work with an individual student, a group of students, or an entire classroom. You will implement individualized education plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
