Responsibilities + Provide behavior analysis services to children in a variety of settings and programs which may include school based, early intervention, and preschool. + Performs evaluations and assessments and tracks child progress. + Delivers Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) as mandated in the IFSP or IEP. + Collaborate with other families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support the goals of each child. + Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPS, documentation, and progress notes. + Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). + Provide guidance and training to teachers, teacher aides, and paraprofessionals, as needed. Qualifications + Must have a Board Certification (BCBA) and be in good standing with the BACB. + Must hold a license (LBA) in the state of practice, if required by state regulations. + Masters Degree from an accredited program in ABA Therapy or a related field. + Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course. Posted Salary Range USD $65.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
