School-Based Role Location:
East Meadow, Long Island, NY Compensation:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour (depending on experience and certification level)
Schedule:
Full-time or Part-time | Follows the full school-day schedule (coverage role available)

Public and private school environments - elementary, middle, and high school About Dragonfly Cares At Dragonfly Cares, we are dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental differences succeed both academically and socially. Our school-based ABA programs bring high-quality behavioral support directly into the classroom-where learning happens every day. We partner with schools across Long Island to provide caring and knowledgeable behavior technicians. If you enjoy working with students and want steady hours that align with the school calendar, we'd love to connect with you. Role Responsibilities Deliver individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support throughout the school day under the direction of a BCBA. Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals. Record accurate data on behavior and progress. Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to promote student success. Maintain documentation consistent with school and insurance standards. Participate in professional development and ongoing training sessions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred) RBT certification preferred Prior school-based or special education experience (required) Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities Availability for full school-day schedule or flexible coverage hours Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
