Job Description

BCBA/LBA
- School Based Behavior Consultant Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and clinically skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to support students, staff, and school teams through the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavioral interventions and support strategies. The
BCBA/LBA
will conduct observations, collaborate with educational teams, and help ensure interventions align with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and evidence-based behavioral practices. Required Qualifications Current BCBA and/or LBA certification (required) Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Experience developing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) School-based consultation experience preferred Experience supporting special education teams and related service providers Responsibilities Provide consultation to special education teams, administrators, teachers, and related service providers Conduct student observations to support intervention planning and behavioral recommendations Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments as appropriate Develop, refine, and provide input regarding behavioral goals and interventions Analyze behavioral data and provide data-driven recommendations Provide professional development and behavioral support to school staff Attend CSE meetings as needed to provide behavioral insight and recommendations Prepare written reports and documentation to support individualized consulting services Position Type 1099 Independent Contractor Flexible caseload opportunities
Pay:
