PM Location:
Forrest Hills We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to a student in a school or camp setting . This position is ideal for a confident, independent clinician with strong behavior management skills.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM

PM Qualifications:
Active RBT certification required. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing ABA services. Experience working with aggressive behaviors is required. Experience implementing behavior intervention plans for elopement (wandering/running) and other challenging behaviors. Comfortable working independently in a school or camp environment while collaborating with educational staff. Strong crisis management, de-escalation, and behavior reduction skills. Reliable, professional, and able to maintain accurate session documentation.
Preferred Experience:
Working with children with autism in school, camp, or community-based settings. Managing physical aggression, property destruction, and elopement behaviors. Familiarity with data collection and behavior tracking. We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and confident RBT who can provide consistent support while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
